Event Details

Local theatre group the Little Town Players will be performing an original play written by Mickey VanDerwerker entitled "This Mouse Ain't Lion" this summer as part of our "Tails and Tales" Summer Reading Program!

What do you get when you have a royal lion, a smart mouse, and some great singing fruit trees? You get some great tales from creatures with long tails. Come out to see what silly adventures some four-legged friends can get into. Don't miss it or you'll be roaring mad!"

About the Little Town Players: The theatre was founded in 1975 and incorporated a few years later. Its purpose is to promote the visual, performing, and literary arts. Also to promote, organize, rehearse and present theatrical productions for the education, enjoyment, and literary enlightenment of the members of the organization and general public.  Over the past 35 years, LTP has presented over one hundred drama, musical, or comedy productions. In that time hundreds of volunteers have given thousands of hours to the organization to maintain a high level of theatrical excellence.
