Join us at the Big Island Library for Building Club! Use our assortment of building materials including LEGO® bricks, wooden blocks, and K’nex connectors to construct what your imagination sees OR accept the challenge of the month.

What is paper quilling?  Quilling involves using strips of paper that are rolled, looped, curled, twisted and otherwise manipulated to create different shapes, and glued together to create decorative designs.

Join us for a spooktacularly fun evening with games and snacks, we will also decorate a pumpkin.  All supplies will be provided.

Children are encouraged to come dressed in their best Halloween costumes!

If you are a chess enthusiast or interested in learning more about the game please join us every Thursday evening from 6:30 to 7:30 PM (except holidays)!

Local Purdue University veterinary nursing student, Maya Elise, will educate us about wildlife care and rehabilitation. Maya is passionate about this topic and is elated to share her knowledge with local families.

Like Halloween but don't like the mess or the slimy pumpkin guts? Join us for some ghoulish gourd painting instead! Gourds and paint supplies will be provided.
