What is paper quilling? Quilling involves using strips of paper that are rolled, looped, curled, twisted and otherwise manipulated to create different shapes, and glued together to create decorative designs.
For our spooky season lovers, learn how to make frightening fiends like ghosts and jack-o-lanterns using paper quilling techniques.
Spooky season not your thing? Make cozy pumpkins and autumn leaves instead.
