The Friends of the Moneta/SML Library continue their series of author talks with "True Crime." Author Diane Fanning will be speaking.

Diane calls Bedford, Virginia, home now but has lived in other parts of the country. She started working on her first book, Through the Window, when she lived in Texas. She's had an interest in the criminal mind since a young age. This set her on a path that led her to become a writer. First doing some freelance writing in her early years as well as writing for various radio and television shows and an advertising agency. Diane has gone on to write 26 books that include true crime stories, mystery novels, and anthology collections. She is a grandmother now, who spends quality time with her family and enjoys her travels.
