Event Details

If you missed seeing members of Opera on the James' Tyler Young Artist Program perform The 3 Little Pigs last Fall or you want to see them again they will be joining us today for another operatic version of a classic children's tale...Little Red Riding Hood!

The children’s classic, adapted by Seymour Barab, features a reimagining of the Big Bad Wolf as a lovable character who hates sweets, as well as the ever-familiar Little Red, who just wishes she had listened to her mother.

Appropriate for children in Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Opera on the James’ nationally recognized Tyler Young Artist Program is made up of singers chosen from hundreds of applicants for their high level of vocal, musical and theatrical skills. They are ambassadors for opera as an art form for everyone.
