Program Description

Event Details

If you’re a teen who enjoys cooking or simply likes trying new foods, this program is for you!

At each session, participants will learn basic cooking techniques and follow recipes to prepare a dish together. Along the way, they’ll build practical kitchen skills and get to taste what they make.

Everyone will also take home the recipes so they can recreate the dishes later for friends and family.

What's On The  Menu This Month...

Main Dish: Bierocks (golden brown dough balls with a blend of sausage, potato, and cabbage on the inside)

Side Dish: Sweet-Sour Coleslaw (Brookville Hotel recipe)

Dessert: Zucchini Brownies with chocolate frosting
