Event Details

Come strike a pose! Chair yoga utilizes a chair for seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Breathing exercises and meditation will be incorporated to facilitate calm and overall well-being. 

All levels and abilities welcome. Whether you bend yourself into a pretzel daily or have never tried yoga before, this class is for you! Poses can be modified to suit beginners and differently-abled bodies. 

Join us for this 4-week series. All materials will be provided.
