Join the Stewartsville library on the second Saturday of every month for our Edible Science STEAM program, where participants learn scientific concepts through food experiments. 

This month's experiment is compound butter in a jar! A few months back, we learned how to make regular butter using a mason jar. Now, we're going to learn how to upgrade regular butter to compound butter just in time for the holidays!
