Event Details
This kitchen science lesson will show how liquids can become solids with just a little effort and some elbow grease. We’ll portion heavy cream into small jars and, with the lids closed tight, shake our jars until the cream becomes butter. Kids will get to taste their butter and add other fun ingredients like cinnamon or chives. Perfect for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, each participant will take their butter home with them to share with the family.
