Event Details

We’ll celebrate the winter solstice and the shortest day of the year by discussing winter bird migration and how the changing seasons affect wildlife. Have fun making birdseed ornaments using pinecones, peanut butter, and seeds (like sunflower and millet). Kids will be encouraged to do some birdwatching while they’re home on Christmas break.
