STEAM Club: Poetry Month!

The most wonderful time of the year is here, and sometimes it even rhymes! It’s poetry Month, of course! In this very special session, we'll talk about poetry, its history, its forms, its styles and traditions…. We’ll look at some examples of forms and practice our own (sonnet, haiku, rhyming couplets, etc), and we’ll even write a longer-form group poem. 

We can talk about poetry and meditation, and how sitting in silence can bring about a whole river of thoughts, ideas, images, and words. You'll have the opportunity to share with one another by reading aloud.
