"Bee" A Friend to the Bees

Get ready to hear, feel, smell, and even taste the wonderful creations that come from our #1 pollinator, the Honey Bee, during this interactive program!

Heritage Apiary will be visiting us today with their observation hive that will let you get up close to these amazing insects.  The observation hive allows us to explore how bees work, socialize, and eat together.  Dive into life processes and the role each bee has, their love for their colony, and their desire to be part of a team.  Along with the hive, see proper attire, equipment and what a beekeeper needs to keep safe while tending to happy bees.
