Join holistic health practitioner and licensed yoga instructor Rachel Milne for an introduction to Chair Yoga.  Chair yoga is an adapted yoga practice that allows you to stay seated while practicing yoga-focused poses.

Come join us for our interactive story time for children ages 2 to 3 years old - Toddler Time!  This story time will feature books, movement songs, scarves, parachutes, crafts, and musical instruments.

All ages can join us today to explore the colorful world of stained glass! 

Each child will make a colorful faux stained-glass window hanging using simple craft supplies. We’ll supply the materials, you supply the creativity!
