Event Details

Children ages 3 to 10 are invited to jump into the world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) with us on the 1st Tuesday of every month!  We will use items from our Amazement Square STEAM cart each month to explore a different theme/skill with different age-appropriate activities for children ages 3-5 and those ages 6-10. 

This month's theme is Sound Waves.

Join us as we unravel the mystery of sound waves!  These invisible waves of sound are everywhere.  Come learn how they travel and how they are made!  There will be engaging hands-on activities like telephone cups, sprinkles dancing, and making a rain stick to take home.  Weather permitting, we will go outside to the Wharton garden and continue the learning fun with the instruments out there.
