Event Details

In this fun and tricky session, we’ll spend some time talking about vision and perspective. Kids will develop different thaumatrope drawings in two parts that, when spun, will look like a single image. (Imagine an image of an empty cage, and a separate image of a bird — thaumatrope technology makes it look like the bird is trapped in the cage). We’ll also play around with making flipbooks and folding paper into accordion shapes to make agamographs. You’ll have to see it to believe it!
